At Meta Ads, I built an NLP + doc2vec clustering engine that transformed raw customer feedback into actionable product insights. This tool became the backbone for multiple product workflows and showed me the power of building technical systems that drive business results.
The experience of building something technical while seeing its business impact inspired my transition from analytics to Product Marketing. The tool got me noticed by PMM leadership and showed me how customer insights could drive product strategy.
This was the moment that inspired me to make the switch from analytics to PMM — when I realized that understanding customers wasn't just about data, but about building products that people actually want.
